/k/ here
how bout an airsoft board?
there's certainly enough interest, and i'd bet it'd have moar traffic than /n/ or /d/ or other such unbearably slow boards
these kids get run out of /k/regularly, and quickly get told to go back to /k/ by /toy/, then begrudgingly tolerated by /toy/.

I do agree it's a sport. What I disagree with is that it's /k/ or /toy/ related. Whether or not /sp/ will accept it, well ...*shrug*

And this thread somehow gets the attention. Fucking /q/ how does it work
Yes I mad

If there are that many of them, why isn't there a constant general thread in /toy/ already? And if there is, then what's the point of making a board? Is /toy/ overrun with them?

Is mootykins still here?
Why don't you make a /feel/ board? We don't have anywhere to share our feels without it being shitposting right now. /r9k/ is for original content and discussion, not feeling. /b/ is a festering cesspool which no sane person wants to use.

is this a purely internet phenomenon? i'm a fairly old guy, and i've never known anyone to sit around crying about feels except for a few random drunks. do you kids do this IRL?

What the flying bullcrap is this?
Does /co/ have automatic ban filters in place or something? Do any boards have them? And if so, is there a list of phrases that trigger it?
Haven't posted anything even remotely controversial recently (or ever, really).
Just tried to reply to a thread with "Pretty much this." but also an image with text that was the actual meaningful essence of my post, and got b&.
Second time in the past few months I seem to have gotten either a random ban by a mod for no real reason or an automatic ban for something in my post after posting exclusively on /co/, and the first one was a global ban.
Do auto-bans even exist? Or have /co/ mods gone insane?

And this is getting ridiculous. I never post anything even remotely unacceptable, especially on /co/. It's the one board I browse most because it's generally more or less sane and has actual discussions/image dumps without the trolling/idiocy/porn you get on most other boards.
If I'm honestly considered a shitposter, I shudder to think how many bans /co/ mods hand out on a daily basis while on whatever psychoactive drugs they seem to constantly use.

No. A mod decided to be fucking funny and enforce one of the least enforced rules out there. The rules are so inconsistent that they can pretty much decide when the hell they want to enforce some rule that everyone breaks.

>The quality of posts is extremely important to this community... Mods, this is the most useless ban reason you could possibly provide, and yet you do it all the time. You might as well not even provide a ban reason at all because this gives the user no clue as to what post they were banned for, and even if they did know what post got them banned, they still wouldn't know WHY because the reason given consists entirely of vague, subjective terms. If people don't know what post they were banned for or why then they aren't learning any lesson and can't possibly change their behavior even if they wanted to. Whatever happened to the days when ban reasons were specific and unmistakable, and had a little bit of attitude to them, like this classic gem in the pic? That system was working just bloody fine. Why did it stop? You knew what post got you banned. You knew why it got you banned. And you knew that the entity that banned you was a human moderator with human thoughts and emotions, as opposed to an unthinking drone or a literal robot. The old way worked perfectly. Go back to the old way.

Why do all countries in the UK get the United Kingdom flag? I think it would offer more variety if we all got our own separate flag. Anyway, Northern Ireland should be able to pick what flag they want regardless.

Because the geolocation library we use just gives us "UK." We aren't going to have separate flags for England/Scotland/Northern Ireland/Wales/etc because of that. You can stop posting this thread now.

Is moot interested in getting 4chan an Extended Validation Certificate?
Anonymous (12 replies)
I have a question... why is every single member of 4chan's staff (moot included) such a huge faggot who can't even do their fucking job? Every single fucking board has off-topic posts. Look at places like Facepunch and HackForums. VERY FUCKING RARELY do you see off-topic threads but on places like /v/ and /g/ they're always there and no one seams to care. God damn, do your fucking job, faggots. Maybe Moot could actually get a decent job and do something with his life instead of "running and taking care of" 4chan.

Can mods please take note that Amethyst is not an anime, and doesn't belong on /a/, before this becomes the next "lol I posted an Avatar thread on /a/ because it looks sort of like an anime I'm such a master troll"
There have already been three threads about it today

Why are homos allowed on 4chan?
Honestly, i don't feel comfortable being on the same website as a homosexual.
Can't Moot implement a system where anyone who makes posts promoting the gay agenda or homosexual lifestyle is given a permanent ban?

Make more users use this be default.

Disband it. I still don't know what "Otaku culture" means exactly. Visual Novels, touhou and other games can go to /vg/. Other stuff can go to /a/ or other boards.

It still moves too fast. It should be split up more.
